Christina Wooldridge is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. John Thompson.
Christina obtained her master’s degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. While attending the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services, she participated in five-week clinical rotations specializing in internal medicine, family practice, general and orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, as well as an elective in hematology and oncology.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, where she graduated cum laude and received the distinction of dean’s list. The University of Arizona awarded Christina with the Presidential Award as well as the Tradition of Excellence and Spirit of Achievement scholarships. Following her bachelor’s degree, she gained experience as a patient care technician and unit secretary through the children’s emergency department at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital, Mendy’s Place and EMT with American Lifestar Ambulance.
Christina received her recent clinical experience as a physician assistant from RiverBend Medical Group in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Her clinical duties consisted of conducting physical exams, incision and drainage procedures, along with joint injections. In addition, she participated in weekend urgent care responsibilities, as well as a physician extender in adult medicine and physiatry. Currently, Christina is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
