Phoenix, Ariz. – The CORE Institute, powered by HOPCo®, announced the addition of board certified foot and ankle specialist Tharesh Udupa, DPM, to its team. He specializes in treating foot and ankle injuries, bunions, calluses and corns, neuromas, running injuries, ingrown toenails, toe deformities and non-surgical pediatric foot and ankle issues.
Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Udupa cared for patients in the Surprise and Sun City area for more than ten years. He currently cares for patients at the Banner Boswell Wound Care Center in the Northwest Valley, treating complicated wounds in a structured environment with other wound care professionals. Existing patients of Dr. Udupa’s Surprise-based practice, Maricopa Podiatry, have the opportunity to transition their care to his new location at The CORE Institute’s Sun City West clinic.

Tharesh Udupa, DPM is a board certified foot and ankle specialist. He specializes in treating foot and ankle injuries, bunions, calluses and corns, neuromas, running injuries, ingrown toenails, toe deformities and non-surgical pediatric foot and ankle issues. In addition, he cares for patients in need of diabetic foot care, arthritic foot care, and wound healing. Dr. Udupa completed residency training at the Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Michigan. He received medical degree at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, and underwent his pre-medical studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
