Chad Benninghoff, NP

Chad Benninghoff, NP, is a nurse practitioner working alongside Dr. Rene Lucas.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Chad worked extensively in emergency medicine across Arizona, California, and New Mexico, including experience in Level I trauma centers, community hospitals, and single-provider emergency departments. He also previously worked as a first assistant in orthopedic surgery. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, including over 10 years practicing as a nurse practitioner. He is board-certified as an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, and Family Nurse Practitioner.

Chad earned his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. He completed a Surgical First Assistant Program through ACE First Assist in Denver, Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University and his Associate Degree in Nursing from Riverside Community College.
