Madison Collins, PT, DPT

Madison Collins, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Madison worked as an outpatient and acute care physical therapist, bringing extensive
experience in performance-based and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating with
Highest Honors, from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with a
minor in Nutrition, from the University of South Florida.
